Quick and Easy Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk of your choice

1 cup of frozen fruit (I love a mix of cherries, blueberries and blackberries)

1 spoonful of coconut collagen

1 banana

Directions:

Blend until smooth

Makes one serving

Enjoy!
