Quick Pickled Red Onions
A lot of questions on these quick pickled red onions that you have spotted on my lunches quite a bit! Here’s the recipe if you want to try:
Ingredients:
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of vinegar
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 mason jar
Instructions:
Heat the liquid and dissolve the salt and sugar
Pour the liquid over the onions in the jar
Let it sit until cool, then enjoy and store in the refrigerator
