Yes! I cook!

I know most of you know this about me as I share some of my fav recipes with you here. But, you would think it was big news the way Tracey and Jason reacted when I prepared my first ‘On Air’ dish last week on Cityline.

This healthy and quick ‘One-Pot’ meal is a go to staple in my home.  Using just a handful of seasonal and inexpensive ingredients you will have a delicious dish in just 13 MINUTES!!

Setting your kitchen timer is of course optional.  I find using this tool lets me enjoy cooking and the company I am keeping. Your focus can be on your guests rather then worrying about your meal timing. Hear the beep, add the next ingredient, reset and relax!!

Once prepared, this dish serving is so big it can easily be served warm right away and as cold leftovers the next day!
